What is a guarantor loan? is a question we often get asked.

Well, in simple terms, a guarantor loan is where the person applying for a loan cannot and will not be accepted by the lender they are applying for. Some reasons why a person will not be accepted are listed below:

A tenant who has no home to offer as security
Unemployed person with no regular income
Person on benefits
Part time worker
Bad or poor credit history
Student or mature student
Person who is too young to be considered by a bank or other lender

Applying for a guarantor loan

You can apply for a loan with anytypeofloan.co.uk here.

This list isn’t exhaustive, more of an indication of the type of person who will struggle to get a loan in their own right. However, regardless of these problems, people now have many more options open to them and a guarantor loan is just one of the most viable options open to them. The key with applying for any loan is to make sure you do your homework first as lenders and other product providers will penalise those applications that they feel have not been completed accurately. One simple rule of thumb is: if they ask you for something on the application form it is because they need it, they are not doing it for fun or to try and hack you off.

Ok, so we have discussed the fact that the application needs completing in full and in some detail as well. But who completes the application? The applicant? The guarantor? Well, the answer is both need to complete the form. Think of it this way. The applicant will be getting the cash on day 1 and the guarantor will get nothing. However, if the applicant decides not to pay or can’t pay, then the guarantor will have to cough up the cash on behalf of the applicant. It doesn’t even matter if you are no longer on speaking terms with the applicant because once you have signed on the dotted line as a guarantor, you will be liable for the applicants debt as long as it is outstanding. There is no excuse for naivety either as once you have signed, you have signed. End of.

I will post more details in a few days time on how to negotiate a guarantor loan.

Every person has a need of some sort but it is not necessary that everyone have the resources to meet those needs. Some may have the resources but the greater percentage of the population will not have the resources but this does not mean that the needs should not be realized.

The possible solution to that is to get your need satisfied through a loan. Now day’s loans are available for every possible need. A person can get the loans on his conditions very easily. A person can get loans for any of the following purposes.

· For debt consolidation
· For business purposes
· For weddings
· For education purposes
· As instant payday loans
· As bridging loans

The loans in the UK market are available in various forms. Depending upon the requirements and the financial conditions the customers can choose either a secured loan or an unsecured loan. The only difference between these two is that a security is required to avail these loans and in turn the creditor offers you comparatively low interest rates and freedom to choose your repayment plan.

Loans in UK are also available to people with bad credit history as well i.e. people like CCJ’s, defaults, arrears or people who have previously filled for bankruptcy. All they need to have is knowledge of their credit score, which represents their financial credit worthiness. It also provides them with an opportunity to rectify the credit score and get normal terms next time of taking loans.

Loans in UK are tremendously flexible as well with flexibility in every step of the loan taking process. Flexibility in choosing a loan, type of loan, amount of loan and also the repayment schedule.

All the people who want to apply for loans can apply for loans either by applying on line or applying to a local loan provider. You will need to go through similar processes in any case. A borrower must make sure that he fulfills the criteria for taking a loan, which include.

A borrower must be a UK citizen
A borrower must also fulfill the age criteria
The borrower must have regular and recurring income
Any other criteria that the creditor may require of you

After you have fulfilled the criteria all you need to do is just wait for the decision of the creditor.
No matter what your profile is a loan is helpful to you. Loans in UK are no different to those offered in other regions in fact they are better than their counterparts so if you have a need but no finance there is no need to worry you can always bank on loans.

Getting hold of a loan isn’t really that difficult if you have adverse credit or have missed a few payments on credit cards, rent or mortgage payments, it just means that you have to be a little more creative and that is where a guarantor loans comes in.

Guarantor loans are quite simply, the process of allowing someone to endorse your loan application to the lender. It has to be someone who is working and it has to be someone who has a fairly good credit history, because the whole point of a loan guarantor is that they are the ones that the lender will be basing their lending decision on, not the borrower.

So, a borrower can apply for a loan of say £5000 and have a pretty terrible credit history, you know the type, arrears on a mortgage or rent, a few missed payments on a credit card or simply too many credit searches in short space of time, whatever the reasons, all of these can effect your credit rating and you will have next to no chance of getting a loan.

By making sure you apply for a loan with someone you know to act as a guarantor; it could be a friend, relative, work colleague or even a neighbour, you can apply for a loan usually up to £10,000. The loan will be assessed on the guarantors ability to repay the loan but all of the payments each month will be deducted form the borrowers (the person with the bad credit) bank account. The only time (after the initial lending assessment) the guarantor will ever get involved again is if the borrower cannot or will not repay the loan, then it falls down to the guarantor to make all of the repayments including any shortfall or arrears.

So as you can see, even if you have a bad credit history or have been refused elsewhere by other banks and lenders, a guarantor loan can offer youa solution so get in touch today.

The great thing about a no credit check personal loan is that you don’t have to worry about your bad credit history at all. In fact, even if you have no credit history to speak of, you will be eligible for a no credit check loan.
In simple terms it means that when you apply for a loan, lenders will not assess you based on your credit score or credit profile so even if you have a terrible credit history with a multitude of debts such as CCJs, defaults, rent or mortgage arrears, missed credit card payments, etc then you will still qualify for a no credit check loan. The easiest way to do this is to search the internet as quite a few of the personal loan deals available on the net are not available on the high street, so it pays to spend a little time searching for the best bad credit loan.

Some lenders and loan providers call these loans, payday loans as you have to return the money you borrowed within a maximum period of 40 days usually. The maximum amount you can borrow is approx.£2000 (some will go higher) and it will depend on your salary and who the lender is, as some lenders are more forgiving than others. Occasionally, if you have a reasonably high income, you can extend the 40 day period by up to another 10 days on your loan.
In terms of interest rates then please be aware that no credit check loans attract a much higher rate of interest than traditional loans like unsecured or secured loans, simply because of the fact there is more risk to the lender because there is no credit check to assess the financial viability of the client.

In terms of what you can use a no credit check loan for then really, there is no restriction. The lender only cares that you repay the loan on the due date. Once you have repaid the loan and you have done this a few times, it will also help to rebuild your credit profile and repair your credit score.

In terms of who is eligble for these types of personal loans, you should be working for a minimum of 6 months and be earning over £10k a year – it’s important you tell the truth because lenders will often contact your employer to confirm this is the case. You also need to be at least 18 and have a fully operational current bank account.

Assuming you satisfy the above criteria then a no credit check loan is within your grasp and waiting for you today.

Loans with guarantor

A guarantor loan or a loan with the aid of a guarantor is really simple to explain. It’s simply a loan that is guarantee by someone with a fairly decent credit history. However, to make it simple to understand, we have produced a guide to the terms of a guarantor loan below.

Guarantee?
Anpther easy one to explain. A guarantee is a promise by the guarantor (in writing) that the applicant who is applying for credit (also known as the borrower or debtor) will adhere to all of the terms and conditions of the written contract, also known as the loan agreement. The guarantee provided by the guarantor means that if the applicant borrowing the money is not able to make any of the payments, then the guarantor will have to step in and make the payments as they are legally obliged to do so. So, the guarantor is a ‘failsafe’ for the banks to ensure they get their loan repaid.

Guarantor?
This is the person who agrees to guarantee the loan will be repaid. Basically, they will be agreeing to repay someone else’s loan and/or debts. Usually the guarantor will be of good character and have a pretty good credit history, certainly a credit profile that the baks will be happy with. The guarantor will have to understand that they will be liable for all of the applicants debt in relation to that particular loan agreement. Banks and other lending institutions will go after the debt and it will be the guarantor that they will pursue, not the applicant.

What is the reason for a guarantee?
A guaranted loan with the aid of a guarantor means that people, particularly young people who have no credit record or very little income, can obtain a loan with a reasonable APR which they previously would not have been able to apply for. As long as the guarantor understands that this is a full, legally binding contract then there should be no problems whatsoever. The applicant and the guarantor should have some form of a relationship, whether it is as friends, relatives or as work colleagues or neighbours.

Loans with guarantors: simple, transparent and easy to administer.

Tenant loans for the unemployed

There is a stigma to becoming unemployed in the UK, yet quite often this can have nothing to do with an individuals desire to work, more often it is a case of being forced to leave their job through redundancy, particularly in these hard economic times. The credit crunch has a lot to answer for.

However, lets look at the case of someone suddenly being made redundant.

They lose their job because their company is downsizing and suddenly they are on the scrapheap. The hard part to understand is that their credit profile and credit score could have previously been excellent with no signs of them not wanting to pay their bills or make their loan repayments. Yet to the credit score providers like Equifax and Experian, this individual is now considered a high risk. And rightly so; I mean, who would lend to someone who had no financial means to pay them back?

Well, a guarantor loan can help with this very situation. The unemployed individual may be of good standing and have had no previous credit problems such as CCJs, defaults or arrears on cards or loans. the problem is the repayment issue. The individual can give no guarantee whatsoever and being a decent guy is no help to a financial lending institution. A tenant loan is even harder to obtain because the individual will have no asset to back up their application. This effectively means that the applicant has no security to offer a lender; no security = higher risk to the lender as nothing to claim back if the client defaults.

A tenant loan for the unemployed means that with the security of a guarantor, there is every possibility that an unemployed individual can indeed, obtain a loan like any other individual in the UK.
